The WesleyCare Family Medicine Centers provide routine checkups as well as care for diseases and injuries for patients of all ages. When a patient's health needs require a specialist, the clinic staff will help arrange and coordinate care with the specialist. The centers see patients by appointment only and are open Mondays through Fridays (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.Dr. Palomino

Rehabilitation Services

Wesley Care Physical and Occupational TherapyWesley provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to patients of all ages, with the goal of enabling them to achieve their highest possible level of functioning and independence.

The staff uses a multidisciplinary approach to design individualized treatment programs. Team members maintain close communication with each other and with the patient's physician, family members and any outside agencies that may be involved. The team helps provide continuity of care, beginning with the earliest possible intervention and continuing through the transition to home or another facility.
