Description
Baby Talk is a free, six-class program (offered in-person or virtually) designed to support and empower expecting parents. Classes cover healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery, infant feeding and care, postpartum recovery, and maternal mental health. At graduation, participants can choose a free baby item such as an infant car seat, portable crib, breastfeeding pillow kit, or a jumbo box of diapers.
