A presentation for Wichita-area students on Wednesday allowed to learn potentially life-saving techniques. The “Stop the Bleed” training at Wichita State University’s Rhatigan Student Center provided a lesson on public safety and criminal justice and how to use tourniquets from medical professionals with Wesley Medical Center.
